Why Digital Media were approached to produce an online presence that encompassed the Berkeley DeVeer philosophy which is to be a unique house builder that prides itself on quality, sets standards that would exceed others, listens to each individual’s needs and has the passion to create the home of your dreams.

After reading their philosophy and receiving a client brief, Why Digital Media's Account Director Simon Kevan commented and said "Throughout the client journey I felt that it wasn't just homes Berkeley DeVeer's were building... it was lives and families. It was more than just bricks and mortar that were being created but dreams and life long experiences, ultimately something very special. It was my job to communicate this unique understanding into an online presence reinforcing customers that they are in safe hands".

Strong imagery was used across the website that showed all Berkeley DeVeer properties in full stunning high resolution. This also allowed visitors to witness the detail in the high quality products used and level of craftsmanship applied as standards across all Berkeley DeVeer projects. The ease of use, simple navigation and clean contemporary design of the website helped position the brand within the highest end of the new design & build market.

Managing Director Daniel Newitt, of Berkeley DeVeer commented and said "We absolutely love it. It was such an improvement from our old website that didn't do the Berkeley DeVeer brand any justice. Seeing the end product for the first time was exactly the look and feel we were hoping for.
