Why Digital Media are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to work within our small, yet busy, fast moving digital agency based in Leeds City Centre. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our account management and production teams along with a range of other marketing functions.

The experienced candidate, will assist with coordinating the work-flow of projects and tasks from proposal right through to client delivery stages. The candidate will also be required to maintain the CMS (Content Management System) for both the agency and a number of its growing portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to establish themselves in a forward thinking company operating in a fast moving industry.


Job Title: Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant

Location: The Calls, Leeds City Centre

Salary: 14k - 18k (depending on experience and current skill set)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri 9am until 6pm with 1 hour for lunch).



  • An interest and understanding of online marketing.
  • Excellent written & communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team and on their own.
  • Good understanding of Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Google+)
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your own time.
  • Fully experienced in using the Internet.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.


  • A university graduate with a marketing, business or related degree.
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, S.E.O & PPC
  • Previous administration or marketing assistant experience within marketing or a similar commercial industry.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other creative applications.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.
  • A creative and adventurous mind.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Digital Marketing Director where their key responsibilities will include:

  • Be the first point of contact for the agency.
  • Ability to distribute messages appropriately to all team members.
  • Management of digital & hard copy filing systems.
  • Note taking in meetings and producing minutes.
  • Report writing & preparing presentations.
  • Ability to undertake specified tasks as directed by management.
  • Provide overall business support function for wider team.
