Fingers Crossed: Nriapia Takes a Step Closer to Chartered Status

This week saw Why Digital Media's Digital Marketing Director, Chris Nriapia take one step closer to becoming a Chartered Marketer as he completed yet another module from the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Professional Diploma course. Studying at Leeds Metropolitan University, Spring 2013 saw Nriapia complete the Project Management in Marketing module that focused around Digital Marketing Information Systems.

Commenting on his latest achievement, Chris said "The Chartered Institute of Marketing is the gold standard for anyone working in this field. I've been doing this course part-time due to work demands being so great which is fine because it allows me to spread my academic learning over a longer period of time." He commented further and said "When you hit these personal milestones however it's great to reflect back on the work you have already done and the future challenges at hand. Having the support and resources of Leeds Metropolitan University and tutors such as Robert Chiswick, creates a solid environment to get me through the course."

The CIM Professional Diploma is ideal for marketers who are working within managing the marketing process at an operational and strategic level, as well as those who are looking to build on the knowledge gained through other marketing qualifications.

By becoming a member of the CIM allows access to a wide variety of networking opportunities, resources and academic literature that can be used and executed within a commercial environment.
